Delete Your WoolMate Account

You can delete your account directly in WoolMate or email us when you can no longer access the app.

Delete in the App

Open WoolMate, then go to Mine > Settings > Delete Account and confirm the request.

Request Deletion Outside the App

Include the email address or phone number registered to the account and a reply address. We may ask you to verify account ownership.

Email an Account Deletion Request

Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment information by email.

What Deletion Does

Your account is disabled, profile and login identifiers are cleared or anonymized, and active sessions are revoked. Deletion cannot be undone. Limited records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes are handled under our Privacy Policy.
